Sports Summer Camp - New Participant

Brand New Participants: If this is your child's first time participating in summer camp:

Step 1: Fill-Out Form & Create An Account

1. Create An Account: Go To - https://kingsburymed.clubautomation.com

2. Click On The "Access My Account" Button Under "First Time Here?"

3. Click "Create An Account"

4. Once you have successfully created an account for you, the parent / guardian and children,
   follow the directions on Page #2 of the flyer to add your child(ren) to the camp.

5. IMPORTANT! Parents must also submit important camper and health-related information
   by clicking on the REGISTER HERE box below.
