This class will concentrate on cardiovascular training and a full range of motion and full-body muscular training.
Class will be held in the shallow end of the pool
Senior Swim
10:00 - 11:00 AM with Christo on Monday, Tuesday, and Fridays
This is a shallow water workout with [gentle] low
impact cardio movements as well as full body conditioning
exercises. Benefits include an enhanced sense of overall body
awareness and balance training, all in a safe aqua environment.
Aqua Sport
9:00 - 10:00 AM with Soraya on Tuesdays (Deep Water)
7:00 - 8:00 AM With Casey on Wednesdays (Shallow Water)
8:00 - 9:00 AM with Heidi on Saturdays (Shallow Water)
Shallow water aqua cardio meets conditioning! Work your core and move with a variety of aquatic drills and exercises. This class utilizes a variety of aqua props to strengthen your entire body.
Aqua Jogging
10:00 - 11:00 AM with Heidi on Saturdays
Utilizing the AquaJogger® buoyancy belt, this class is guaranteed to challenge your muscular strength, muscular endurance, target core muscles, and boost your stamina. Aqua jogging is a deep water fitness class that incorporates running, traveling moves and a wide variety of strength and core exercises for a total body workout. Hand buoys, bands, noodles, and kickboards may be used to provide increased resistance.
Aqua Splash
7:00-8:00 AM with Casey on Tuesdays
Come make waves in this aqua fitness class designed to get your heart and the water pumping. This class is designed for those who want to boost their cardio, strength training and endurance. We’ll mix in some boot camp and Tabata (HITT) circuits too! Couch potatoes need not register. . . Unless you are ready to feel fantastic!
