Hydro Therapy Training
Mondays with Joel 7:00-8:00 AM
Fridays with Joel 7:00- 8:00 AM
Enjoy a full-body, low-impact workout.
This class will concentrate on cardiovascular training and a full range of motion and full-body muscular training.
Class will be held in the shallow end of the pool

Senior Swim
10:00 - 11:00 AM with Christo on Monday, Tuesday, and Fridays
This is a shallow water workout with [gentle] low
impact cardio movements as well as full body conditioning
exercises. Benefits include an enhanced sense of overall body
awareness and balance training, all in a safe aqua environment.

Aqua Sport
8:00 - 9:00 AM with Heidi on Saturdays

Shallow water aqua cardio meets conditioning! Work your core and move with a variety of aquatic drills and exercises. This class utilizes a variety of aqua props to strengthen your entire body.

Aqua Jogging
6:30 - 7:30 AM with Sophia on Wednesdays
9:00 - 10:00 AM with Heidi on Saturdays

Utilizing the AquaJogger® buoyancy belt, this class is guaranteed to challenge your muscular strength, muscular endurance, target core muscles, and boost your stamina.  Aqua jogging is a deep water fitness class that incorporates running, traveling moves and a wide variety of strength and core exercises for a total body workout. Hand buoys, bands, noodles, and kickboards may be used to provide increased resistance.

Hydro Power Hour
8:00 - 9:00 AM with Paula on Tuesdays
A high energy, cardio intensive, core focused class with a more athletic approach to water fitness. Workout to upbeat music in the deep end of the pool. Flotation belts are used for stability and efficient use of all muscle groups. Get ready for segments utilizing HIIT, circuits, kickboxing, and aqua jogging. Hand buoys, noodles, loop bands and kickboards may be used to provide increased resistance and exercise variations.

Aqua Fit
7:00 - 8:00 AM with Paula on Tuesdays
Join Paula for this lively, moderate intensity, morning class to increase your strength, coordination and cardiovascular endurance. Enjoy the natural buoyancy and resistance of the water throughout this low impact, shallow water workout.
