Raising your game or bringing your team to the next level. Our athletic performance training improves functional movement to support the physical demand of life and sport. We help athletes of all levels shore up weaknesses, decrease injury risk, and build strength and power. All workouts are structured with the safety and distancing standards of today's world and the performance goals of today's athlete in mind.
Groups and teams work directly with the Trainer to customize the training to their specific sport. Group ratios range from 1:8 to 1:12.
Each individual must Register. Be sure to include your Team/Group name.
