ABOUT RESERVING A COURT
- Prior to making a court reservation, make sure everyone in your party has an account before going to reserve a court so their name will automatically pop up in the system.
- Maximum Of 4 Players Per 1 Court. If you have 6 players who want to share 1 court you must reserve 2 courts.
- The reservation system requires at least 2 people on the reservation in order to display booking options (unless reserving the ball machine).
ABOUT THE PICKLEBALL MACHINE
FRONT DESK CHECK-IN
- Please check in with the front desk upon arrival to confirm the player’s in your reservation & your court # assignment. The club reserves the right to change your court assignment (however we do our best to accommodate your specific court request but may have to change your court for optimum member and court utilization).
- Paddles and Pickleballs are not included in your hourly court fee. Pickleballs (Franklin X-40) are for sale at the front desk, $11/Pack of 3. Loaner Paddles are available to check out at the front desk.
HOW TO MAKE A PICKLEBALL COURT RESERVATION ON THE APP
- Launch the Kingsbury Club Medfield App & Login.
- Tap Reservations
- Tap "Pickleball" As Service, Tap Done
- Select Date and Duration
- Add a Participant (The system requires at least 2 people on the reservation unless reserving the ball machine) you will need to know at least one of the other players you are playing with at the time of making the reservation.
