    How to Make A Childcare Reservation Online

HOW TO MAKE A CHILDCARE RESERVATION ON APP

  1. Open Kingsbury Club App
  2. From the Explore Tab, a tile for Childcare will be displayed when the above reservation toggle is enabled. Authorized Guardians only will see the new Childcare feature in Explore. Users that are not Authorized Guardians will not see this new option, just like Member Portal
  3. The filter page opens upon first visit to Childcare to select preferences. Subsequent visits to Childcare will open the schedule where a Filters option can be opened anytime
  4. The number of reservation results based on the filter selections displayed at the bottom of the page. Click “Show Results” to view reservation options on the schedule
  5. A schedule displays available time slots. To reserve a spot, click onto the drop-off time you prefer
  6. Review the details summary that slide up onto the screen. The selected reservation duration, children, rooms, and corresponding total are displayed. If there are multiple rooms available, users can open that section to select their desired room when applicable. Click “Schedule Drop-off” to secure the reservation
  7. Confirm message appears
  8. To view or cancel a childcare reservation, go to My Schedule from the confirmation message or from the Home Tab

HOW TO MAKE A CHILDCARE RESERVATION ONLINE THROUGH THE MEMBER LOGIN

  • Sign into your club automation account (https://kingsburymed.clubautomation.com/)
  • Select Childcare Reservation
  • Next to Who? Select child or children
  • Next to When? Select Date and Duration (up to 1 hour 30 minutes)
  • Below this Pick a Time (system will automatically calculate available times depending upon length of duration chosen)
  • You will then see a “Confirm Reservation”
  • Click “Confirm”

HOW TO CANCEL A CHILDCARE RESERVATION ONLINE THROUGH THE MEMBER LOGIN

  • Sign into your club automation account (https://kingsburymed.clubautomation.com/)
  • Select Childcare Reservation
  • Click “Cancel” under “Your Reservations” on top right-hand corner
  • You will then see a “Confirm Cancellation”
  • Click “Yes”
