John Paul has been a licensed massage therapist since 2013. He has a thriving interest in helping people reach their health and healing goals using a holistic approach to his work. He is experienced in many different modalities, but specializes in combining deep tissue massage techniques with swedish techniques for work on wear and tear while still being relaxing for the client. John Paul is also a certified Reiki Level 1 practitioner and he is able to help heal on all levels of the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual bodies. John Paul is available for swedish, deep tissue, hot stone and prenatal massage, as well as reiki, assisted stretching and rapid tension release using a rapid tension release tool.
