How To Cancel A Fitness Reservation On App

All Reservations can be canceled by calling the club at 508-359-7800.
No Show Policy: For all services included in the membership that require reservations (example: free swim, lap swim, basketball court, group x class, etc.) a No-Show-Fee of $5 per person will be applied for all that do not attend the reserved service. Members may call the club at 508-359-7800 or cancel via the club app, up to one-hour prior to the reservation to cancel without fees assessed.

HOW TO CANCEL A FITNESS RESERVATION ON APP

• ► Open Kingsbury Club App
  • ► Select Classes at Bottom
    • ► Select the Magnifying Glass at top right corner
      • ► Choose the date you made the reservation for
        • ► Click “Show Classes”
          • ► Select the class you reserved
            • ► Select Edit Registrations at the bottom of the screen
              • ►  Click “X” for those you wish to unregister
                • ►  You will be prompted to confirm the unregistration, upon doing so the “X” will turn to a check mark.
