Kathy McLean - Fitness Director, Personal Trainer

Bio

Kathy McLean comes to the Kingsbury Club with a strong business and management background as well as years of experience in the fitness industry. As a certified Personal Trainer, Pilates and Aerobics Instructor as well as owner of her own health facility, she is recognized for her ability to impart an enthusiasm for fitness with her clients and staff. An eleven-time Boston Marathon runner as well as avid boxer, Kathy knows the dedication and commitment needed to obtain personal goals. She has worked with individuals of all levels of fitness, and has extensive experience in working with those with special health concerns. She holds various certifications through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, Fitness Resource Associates, the American College of Sports Medicine, and is a current member of USA Boxing.
