    Julie joined the Kingsbury Trainer Team in November 2008 and became Fitness Director in November 2010. She is a certified personal trainer, group exercise instructor and fitness leader. As the Fitness Director, Julie is committed to building a team that provides every member with a quality fitness program that will help them achieve results. She has been a long-distance runner since her college days when she ran on her school's cross country team. After having four children, Julie learned first-hand the importance of building muscle in order to maintain a healthy weight. "As we age our metabolisms slow. Lifting weights not only Increases our metabolism but it helps us look younger."

    Julie holds a Masters Degree in Teaching and is known for her leadership, motivating style and results-oriented approach to fitness. Julie is available for personal and small group training as well as fitness consultations.

    Kym is a registered nurse with 18 years of experience in medical and cardiac critical care. Kym is also a certified personal trainer through International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). Kym is passionate about promoting and teaching fitness and overall health and wellness to children, adults and special populations. In addition to her personal trainers certification she also holds certifications in Spinning, Group Power, and PiYo. For the past 11 years Kym has been teaching fitness classes to all age groups. Kym believes that strong bodies build strong minds.

    Joellyn joined the Kingsbury Trainer Team in November 2011. She began her fitness career over 20 years ago instructing group exercise in New York City. She is a certified personal trainer and has additional certifications in Kettlebell instruction, Reebok Slideboard and Fitness Boxing. She is an affiliate of MyoForce, utilizing their variable resistance suspension training system and incorporates corrective exercise therapies in her clients' workouts.

    Joellyn trained the winning team in the Kingsbury Club's Team Training Challenge 2012. She offers a group training program called Get Ripped by Jo and is available for personal and small group training. Joellyn and her husband reside in Medfield with their children.

    Leila joined the Kingsbury Trainer Team in July 2012. She holds a 200 hour yoga certification through Open Doors Teacher Training. She currently trains in the Yoga Works Teaching method studying under Natasha Rizopoulos.

    As a Pilates instructor, Leila is Stott trained in essential and intermediate mat and reformer. She is also trained in group and individual suspension training through the TRX method.

    Leila is available for group and private Pilates instruction. She resides in Medfield with her husband and four daughters.

    Kaitlin holds a degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of New Hampshire and is a Certified Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

    During her athletic career Kaitlin was a Who's Who in high school athletics, a state champion, a regional and national qualifier and a scholar athlete at the Division One level. While at UNH Kaitlin was a top competitor in the 100-meter hurdles as well as the 4X100 relay.

    Kaitlin has experience working with a variety of clients with different goals and experience levels including professional athletes, cardiac rehab patients, high school and college athletes as well as weekend warriors and weight-loss clients. She is available for personal and small group training.

    Melissa is a certified personal trainer and nutrition consultant and has been working in the healthcare field for over 15 years. Her personal experience growing up as an athlete playing four sports and seeing the benefits of physical activity and exercise is something she is excited to share with her clients.

    Besides being a certified trainer, Melissa has been a licensed massage therapist since 1998. She is also a TRX Suspension and Kettlebell Instructor and a CrossFit Level One Trainer. Her knowledge of strength training combined with her massage therapy background help her educate and empower people of all ages and levels of ability to reach their personal best and live fully in body, mind, and spirit. Melissa is available for personal and small group training.

    Linda has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology (pre-med), is a certified personal trainer, and has been a martial artist for several years, with a 4th Degree Blackbelt in Taekwondo and training in Muay Thai kickboxing. Linda enjoys teaching a variety of classes and is certified in general group exercise, indoor cycling, and Pilates. She is also a AAAI-ISMA certified sports nutrition consultant and has completed Wellcoaches training.

    A life-long fitness enthusiast, Linda has worked with adults and even children as young as three years old, with varying levels of fitness, goals and physical challenges. Every experience has been truly memorable and inspirational!

    Linda continues to teach and practice martial arts and enjoys running and playing most sports. She is available to assist you with fitness evaluations, personal training, nutrition and wellness coaching, as well as small group training.

    David is a certified personal trainer through the NSCA. He is currently pursuing certification as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. He enjoys working with middle and high school student athletes, coaching and conditioning them for various sports. When it comes to personal fitness David believes you don't have to be an athlete to train like one.

    David has been a soccer coach for eight years, working with SC Norfolk, BAYS and currently KPSA at the King Philip Middle school. He also plays for the NEOH Soccer League.

    David is available for personal and small group training.
