    Julie joined the Kingsbury Trainer Team in November 2008 and became Fitness Director in November 2010. She is a certified personal trainer, group exercise instructor and fitness leader. As the Fitness Director, Julie is committed to building a team that provides every member with a quality fitness program that will help them achieve results. She has been a long-distance runner since her college days when she ran on her school's cross country team. After having four children, Julie learned first-hand the importance of building muscle in order to maintain a healthy weight. "As we age our metabolisms slow. Lifting weights not only Increases our metabolism but it helps us look younger."

    Julie holds a Masters Degree in Teaching and is known for her leadership, motivating style and results-oriented approach to fitness. Julie is available for personal and small group training as well as fitness consultations.

    Brian Szewczynski

    Brian has been fascinated with the human body since the age of 13 and started weight training at age 15. By lifting with improper technique and not focusing on diet, he started to get injured and saw his weight jump to 264lbs! He was unhealthy and decided to make a lifestyle change. Through intense research he realized that achieving optimal fitness was not one dimensional but involved several factors; strength and cardio training, flexibility, agility, core, nutrition and believing in yourself.

    Brian joined the Kingsbury Trainer Team in November 2010. Prior to that, Brian served as the Head Trainer at a club on the South Shore and also owned his own training business. Brian is known for his unique training style and his "out of the box" training techniques. Brian is an ACE certified personal trainer. He is available for personal and small group training.

    Keith joined the Kingsbury Club Trainer Team in January of 2010. Since then he has become an integral part of the fitness department. His strong athletic background and friendly nature put his clients at ease and push them to get the results they came for.

    Prior to joining the Kingsbury Trainer Team, Keith had a stint playing semi-pro in the CHL. He played hockey at Hobart College where he was two-time All American and currently holds every goaltending record at the college, as well as an NCAA record for highest All-Time Career Save Percentage in Division III.

    Keith has trained athletes of all levels, from beginners to professionals. He is an ACE certified personal trainer. Keith is available for personal and small group training.

    Susan Hart

    Susan joined the Kingsbury Trainer Team in September 2010. She is a graduate of Miami University where she was the captain and player/coach of the Miami Women's Lacrosse Team, helping to condition and lead the team to national rankings in the WDIA . Susan is a nationally certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. She has special training in helping anyone from beginners to collegiate level athletes of all sports, to personal clients, improve strength and achieve weight-loss and overall fitness goals.

    Susan has worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels. She has established a Middle School Strength and Conditioning Program at the Kingsbury Club geared to students who are ready to reach their fitness goals. Susan is available for personal and small group training.

    Michelle King

    As a 1998 graduate of Bridgewater State College, Michelle has over ten years experience in the fitness industry. Michelle's experience includes emergency medicine, pediatric obesity screening and treatment, athletic coaching, triathlon coaching, personal training and group fitness.

    Michelle's focus is providing effective exercise programs for individuals as individuals. Every body reacts to exercise in different ways. Michelle determines what works for each person and gives her clients the knowledge, skill and support to live a healthy life.

    Michelle's mission is to create a supportive relationship with every client and spread the gift of fitness. She is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through NSCA and an ACE certified personal trainer. Michelle is available for personal and small group training.

    Beth joined the Kingsbury Trainer Team as the Pilates Trainer in November 2010. She is certified through Power Pilates in Mat as well as Comprehensive.

    Beth is a life-long competitive athlete. She was a member of Northeastern's crew team. She competed in 3 meter spring board at the University of Maine and was a competitive triathlete.

    Fitness has always been a priority in Beth's life and she enjoys encouraging her clients to push their limits and challenge themselves to reach their goals. Beth is available for personal and small group training and offers drop-in classes.

    Tim Harrington

    Tim joined the Kingsbury Trainer Team in September of 2009. As a Staff Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps and a certified personal trainer, Tim possesses the commitment, drive and knowledge to help anyone reach their fitness goals. Tim has worked with clients of all ages and fitness levels. He trained the winning team in the 2011 Team Training Challenge and has led groups to train for area races. Tim's military background and sense of humor have made his early morning bootcamp classes a club favorite.

    Tim is currently on deployment in Afghanistan with the United States Marine Corps and will return in June 2012.
