Terms and Conditions for Paddle Demo Bag Rental at Kingsbury Club Medfield

1. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Paddle Demo Bag rental at Kingsbury Club Medfield (hereinafter referred to as "the Club"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in the revocation of your privileges to use the demo equipment and/or access the Club facilities.

2. Responsibility for Paddles
2.1. Care and Use: All participants are responsible for the proper care and use of the paddles provided during the demo. This includes using the paddles only for their intended purpose and in a manner that does not cause damage.
2.2. Inspection: Before using any paddle, participants must inspect it for any visible damage or defects. If any issues are identified, the paddle must not be used, and the Club staff must be notified immediately.
2.3. Prohibited Actions: Paddles must not be used in a way that could cause harm to individuals, property, or the equipment itself. This includes, but is not limited to, striking hard surfaces, using excessive force, or using the paddles outside of designated areas.

3. Loss or Theft
3.1. Reporting: If a paddle is lost or stolen, the participant must immediately report the incident to Club Racquets Staff.
3.2. Financial Responsibility: Participants are financially responsible for any paddles that are lost, stolen, or damaged due to negligence or misuse. Replacement costs will be determined by the Club and must be paid by the participant.
3.3. Investigation: The Club reserves the right to investigate any incidents of loss or theft and may involve local authorities if necessary.

4. Paddle Restrictions
4.1. Club Premises: Paddles provided for the demo must remain on the premises of Kingsbury Club Medfield at all times. Removing paddles from the Club premises is strictly prohibited.
4.2. Return Policy: All paddles must be returned to the Front Desk immediately after use.

8. Acknowledgment
By participating in the Paddle Demo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
