HOW TO RESERVE THE MACHINE

Once you have completed the Introduction Package and permissions have been added to your account, you may reserve the machine:

Through the KCM App:
Reservations → Pickleball → Advanced Options

Machine Availability

• We have 1 Titan ONE Ball Machine available
• May be used on Courts 2, 3, 10, or 11
• The ball machine is stored near the entrance to Court 11 at the end of the social area.

CHECKING IN @THE FRONT DESK FOR YOUR RESERVATION

Upon arrival, please check in at the Racquets Entrance Front Desk.

A form of collateral is required before equipment can be issued, such as: Driver's License, Car Keys.

In exchange, you will receive: Ball Machine Battery.

COURT GUIDELINES & MACHINE ETIQUETTE

• Maximum of 4 players per court
• All players must be listed on the reservation
• Players should hit toward the most secure fenced area to help keep balls contained
• Please stop your session 5 minutes before your reservation ends to allow time for cleanup.

Before Leaving the Court:

• Pick up all pickleballs from your court and surrounding areas
• Return the ball machine to its designated storage area near the wall
• Use the ball pickup tubes provided behind the white beams on each court
• Return pickup tubes to their proper location when finished
• Leave the court on time as a courtesy to the next reservation and to return equipment safely.
