Personal Training

Personal training services are available to all Fitness Center members. This individualized training service is designed to provide beginers, intermediate and advance exercisers with a time-efficient, highly effective exercise program. A qualified trainer will motivate you through each exercise session to help you maximize your results. Whether you are intimidated in the weight room, want to learn a new method of training, are a serious athlete or have a special need that requires individualized attention, personal training can help you achieve your goals. Personal training is available one-on-one or two-on-one format. You may choose single session format or a multi-session package for 1/2 hour or 1 hour.
