How to Cancel a Swimming Reservation

All Reservation can be cancelled by calling the club at 508-359-7800.

No Show Policy: For all services included in the membership that require reservations (example: free swim, lap swim, basketball court, group x class, etc.) a No-Show-Fee of $5 per person will be applied for all that do not attend the reserved service. Members may call the club at 508-359-7800 or cancel via the club app, up to two-hours prior to the reservation to cancel without fees assessed.

How to cancel a free swim reservation on app

1. Open Kingsbury Club App
2. Select Classes at Bottom
3. Select the Magnifying Glass at top right corner
4. Choose the date you made the reservation for, then select “Swimming Pool” under the category option (You do not need to change any of the other options)
5. Click “Show Classes”
6. Select Edit Registrations at the bottom of the screen
7. Click “X” for those you wish to unregister
8. You will be prompted to confirm the unregistration, upon doing so the “X” will turn to a checkmark.

How to cancel a lap swim reservation on app

1. Open Kingsbury Club App
2. Select Home at Bottom
3. Select the date of the reservation you wish to cancel. You may need to scroll through the dates by swiping left.
4. The Swimming Reservation window will appear with the time you reserved
5. Select the CANCEL button within your reservation window
6. You will be prompted to confirm the cancelation of the reservation, click Yes

How to make a Free Swim Reservations online through the Member Login

1. Sign into your club automation account
2. Select Group Activities
3. Select "By Date"
4. Under "All Events" select "Swimming Pool",select the desired date, then click "Search Classes"
5. Select the time you would like to sign up for
6. Select all family members who will be attending
7. Select "Register"
