Middle School Training

Train HARDER and SMARTER

Designed for younger athletes looking to expand their sport specific training beyond the practices. The focus is on training athletes on the fundamentals of strength, conditioning, speed, agility and injury prevention.

Groups and teams work directly with the Trainer to customize the training to their specific sport. Group ratios range from 1:8 to 1:12.

Each individual must Register. Be sure to include your Team/Group name.
