Make-up requests are reviewed each Monday to determine if there is space available in the upcoming week of group lessons to offer a slot. Slots which are "Available" in the app for registration are not available slots for make-up lessons. Any pre-reported absence slot can be used for a make-up lesson offer, and the final week of the session is when most make-up lessons are scheduled (after the current session's registration has closed).
You will receive an email on a Monday only if a space is available to offer your swimmer. Your RSVP is REQUIRED no later than the day prior to the offered make-up slot to book the slot for your swimmer so the swimmer's name can be added to the front desk and deck rosters. If you are replying "NO", it will also give me the opportunity to offer the slot to another family.
PLEASE NOTE: you will receive an email confirmation of the make-up lesson request submission. If you do not receive the confirmation email, the request has not been submitted successfully. Please check the inbox for the email you provided on this form as well as your spam folder for the confirmation.
