Weekday (Monday - Thursday) group lesson make-up requests in the summer must be submitted by the Thursday of the scheduled lesson week at noon and are reviewed each Friday to determine if there is space available in the upcoming week of group lessons to offer a slot. Slots which are "Available" in the app for registration are not available slots for make-up lessons.
Saturday Session #1 make-up lessons will be offered between July 14 - 17 dates (Week #5 in our Summer Schedule) if an appropriate level slot is available. Saturday, August 16 will also be used for offering make up lessons for any
Saturday Session #1 request and will be offered based on availability.
Saturday Session #2 make-up lessons will be offered between 8/18 and 21 dates (Week #10 in our Summer Schedule) if an appropriate level slot is available.
* There are no weekday Waterbabies classes for make-up lesson options in the summer session.
* Make-up lessons are offered only during the swimmer's registered session and do not carry over to a new season.
You will receive an email offer on a Friday afternoon ONLY if a space is available to offer your swimmer. Your RSVP is REQUIRED no later than 4 PM on the Sunday prior to the offered make-up class to book the slot so the swimmer's name can be added to the front desk and deck rosters. If you are replying "NO", it will also give me the opportunity to offer the slot to another family.
