3 Scenarios to Get Rated
(In order to register for any Program your child will need Permissions added to their profile, heres how!)
Scenario 1: Current Members /or Non-Members with an Existing Account at the Club
Scenario 2: Brand New Participants: Child’s first time participating in a program at the Club.
Scenario 3: Parent is not sure if they or their child has an account in our system.
Scenario 1:
Current Members or Adults with an Existing Account at the Club (Both Members & Non-Members):
Step 1: Since you already have an account in our system, please fill out this form by clicking here for your child. The coordinator will be in touch with further instructions depending on what you are looking to have your child participate in! Once we have determined your child’s placement we will add permissions to their profile to allow you to register them for future programming.
Step 2 (If Applicable): Scheduling An Evaluation:
- Complimentary 5-10 minute evaluations are available for: Adults (Complete Beginners do not need evals) & Juniors (Ages 12+ seeking to apply to Academy Level Programs).
- Once you have filled out the requested form above, the coordinator will reach out to schedule an evaluation. After your evaluation/placement determination we will add permissions to your child’s account to allow you to register them for future programming.
Scenario 2:
Brand New Participants: If this is your child’s first time participating in a program at the Club:
Step 1: Fill out Form & Create an Account.
- Please fill out this form by clicking here and then follow the next set of instructions listed below to create an account.
- Create an Account: Go to - https://kingsburymed.clubautomation.com
- Click on the "Access My Account" button under “First Time Here?”
- Click “Create An Account”
- Once you have successfully created an account for you (Parent/Guardian) inform the coordinator by emailing This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
- The Coordinator will then create your child a profile, link them to your account and add permissions to their profile to allow you to register them for future programming!
Step 2 (If Applicable) Scheduling An Evaluation:

Parent is not sure if they or their child has an account in our system.
Step 1: Fill out Form & Create an Account.
- Please fill out this form by clicking here Indicate in the notes that you are not sure if you or child has an existing account.
- The coordinator will reach out with further instructions on whether to create an account or not and how to register for future programming.
