Kingsbury Club Fitness

Welcome to the Kingsbury Club in Medfield, where our goal is provide a sense of health and well being to our community. We hope you will take advantage of the variety of programs and events that we have to offer.

Our state-of-the-art fitness facility boasts a wide variety of the latest in interactive cardiovascular equipment, including treadmills, various styles of elliptical machines, stationary and recumbent bikes, as well as stair climbers.

The 10,000-foot training area is equipped with the most up-to-date and easy to use strength training equipment on the market. Our team of professionial trainers are anxious to meet with you and to help get you on your way to establishing your fitness routine.

Personal Training

Personal Training is available at the Kingsbury Club for those who want to achieve individualized fitness goals. From athletes working to enhance their physical performance, to patients recovering from illness or injury, or those simply wanting to find a new way to stay motivated, our team of nationally certified trainers have the experience and tools necessary to guide you toward optimal health and fitness.

Group Exercise

The group exercise programs are new and exciting! Drop in on a class or two and meet some of the most inspiring instructors around. We offer a variety of programs that are sure to keep you moving. Coming this fall our class schedule will include Muscle Conditioning, Aerobics and Step, Zumba and Latin Dance, Bootcamp, Boxing, Pilates and Yoga. Our spinning classes will be held in a dedicated studio equipped with thirty bicycles.

Mind & Body

The Kingsbury Club offers comprehensive Mind & Body programs where you can escape in our comfortable and relaxed studio. Our certified instructors will provide you with instruction in a variety of yoga disciplines. The Pilates programs will incorporate mat work as well as the use of the latest in Pilates equipment. Private and small group sessions are available by appointment.

Special Programs

Have you ever thought of running a 5k or even a marathon? Do you love to cycle? Are you interested in trying something new like a Kettlebell workout? We're here to support you in accomplishing your fitness goals and dreams, so please share your ideas with us. Some programs planned for this coming year include senior programs, cycling and running clubs and sports-specific training.
