Sports Specific Training
Under the guidance of our certified fitness professionals, our customized athletic programs will give your athlete the competitive edge. The goals of our programs are to minimize injuries while ensuring that each player will peak at the appropriate time for their sport. Training can be tailored and coordinated with team coaches and training staff.

Small Group Programs
Small group personal training is available for those wishing to share the experience and cost of working toward optimal fitness. Small groups can be formed with a minimum of 3 participants.
The Studio at Kingsbury
The Studio at Kingsbury features a private studio equipped with specialized state-of-the-art Pilates apparatus. Our highly trained instructors will guide you through a repertoire of controlled movements based on the philosophy and principles developed by founder, Joseph Pilates. Pilates is a form of exercise which focuses on the center of the body, known as the core. Practiced consistently, the benefits of the Pilates program include increased lung capacity and circulation through deep breathing, increased core strength and flexibility, balance and posture enhancement, muscular and mental coordination and increased bone density and joint health. Pilates is suitable for all fitness levels.

Team Training Challenge - If your New Year's resolution involves health and fitness, we've got the program for you! Team up with other participants, along with a personal trainer and nutritionist, and you and your teammates will be guided through 8 weeks of an intense fitness and nutrition program that will be fun, motivating and challenging. Regardless of your current level of fitness, we encourage you to participate in this program if you are completely committed to making lifestyle changes that will affect you for the rest of your life. At the end of the 8 weeks, prizes are awarded to the most improved team and individuals.
