MATCH COST (Home & Away)
- Singles: $22pp
- Doubles: $22pp
- Players pay for Home & Away Matches at the Club they are playing at upon arrival, please arrive early to check in with the front desk for both home and away matches to pay for your match. This can take extra time since front desk staff may deal with multiple departments at a club (not exclusively tennis).
- Home Match Costs will be house charged and billed at the 1st of the following month, you are still required to check in with the front desk upon arrival and give your first and last name.

MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT

DIRECTIONS/LIST OF TEAMS IN THE B DIVISION:
- You can always find addresses to the Clubs under the TEAMS & SCHEDULES Tab on the CMITA Website! (We encourage you to look at the CMITA Website to get the correct address and location since clubs can have multiple locations.)
MATCH START TIMES
- KCM Men’s Home Matches: Start Times 3:00-4:30 (Singles) 4:30-6:00pm (Doubles)
- Please check with your Captain and the website about AWAY Match Start times! They can vary, do not assume it is the same time as home matches.
AWAY MATCH DEFAULTS & FORFEIT POLICY:
- If KCM defaults a roster spot(s) for an AWAY match the “Rostered” Team Members will equally split the cost of the Defaulted Match (This Cost would be $44 split equally for a singles match, and $88 for a doubles match split evenly amongst rostered players). **This excludes the Rostered Players who actually played in a match that day.
- If a Team Player has to Forfeit an AWAY match (Injured, Sick, Family, etc…) that player will incur the cost for BOTH CLUBS.
HOME MATCH DEFAULT & FORFEIT POLICY:
- If your Captain can give the Tennis Coordinator at least 24-Hours notice that a HOME match will not be played there will be No Charge to the player(s) or team for the default/forfeit.
- If a player needs to forfeit (with less than 24 hours) for any reason a home match that player will be charged their portion of the match fee. Ideally, we hope that this player can find another Teammate or SUB to fill this Roster Spot! Please get in touch with your Captain as soon as you know or email to the rest of the team to find a replacement!
LEAGUE FEE
One time $35 League Registration Fee per player, this will be charged in the Fall to all rostered players (not subs).
CAPTAINS - COMPLIMENTARY COURT TIME
There is one designated Captain. The captain receives complimentary court time throughout the CMITA Season (this does not include match fees).
